Sec/Treasure Report – We have about 40,000 in the checking account before the bills are all paid for the conference.

Membership:  This is our strongest years yet.  We had a good increase in students from across the state.

Certification:  NRPA will be taking over our certification in the next few years.  We will stay with the way we are doing things for the next year and then begin to change over.

We are asking for cities to hold the 2009 SDPRA Conference.  Please bring these bids to the Board meeting in November to be held the 15-16 in Pierre

Outdoor Expo:  1^st ever held in SD.  The goal is to re-introduce people to the outdoors.

The 2008 SDPRA will be held in Brookings Sept 22-24
